Return and Shipping Policy

Returns

We're sure you'll love your FRESH3Y, but if something was wrong with your purchase, we want to make it right.

To be eligible for a return please email us at smellsgood@fresh3y.com and we'll provide instructions to ship FRESH3Y back to us. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds 

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.

Shipping

FRESH3Y will be shipped to the U.S untracked via USPS. Should you wish to add tracking, you have the option to add it for $5.00.
