Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
- For USA orders 4-7 business days
- For our global customers, shipping times can range between 10 and 20 business days. Due to Covid-19, shipping times may be affected.
- In order to provide you free shipping, we utilize USPS Letter Mail in the US. Unfortunately, this method doesn't come with tracking numbers. For an additional $5.00, we can provide a tracking number for Priority or First Class mail.
- Global tracking availability is dependant on delivery location.
Q: I think my package is lost, what do I do?
- Oh no! During the pandemic, packages can take a little longer to arrive. Please stay patient! In the. US if 2 weeks, or 3 weeks have. passed for any other country since your shipment, email us, and we’ll try to help.

Q: What do you recommend using as a scent for my FRESH3Y?
- Treat FRESH3Y like any diffuser you have in your home. You can add any any essential, fragrance, or aroma oil to Scent Pad.
Q: How long does the scent last?
- We've found the fragrance to be strong and persistent for 30 days when the Scent Pad is saturated. The great thing about FRESH3Y is you're in control of the scent and amount of fragrance. Setting the airflow to low will regulate the scent power and longevity.
Q: Will it slide around?
- Since FRESH3Y fits snugly in the top vent of the Model 3 and Y, it shouldn't move around, and is not physically adjustable, although you can manipulate the airflow through the air setting on the screen.
Q: How is FRESH3Y designed?
- We designed FRESH3Y to fit snugly into the vent system of the Tesla Model 3 and Y. FRESH3Y's patent pending design wont slide, move or get stuck, and is made from heat-resistant material.
